What do I get with my subscription?
Depending on your tier: a welcome pack with 38 free models, access to 30+ new models released monthly, access to models from the current and previous month (lower tier) or full access to all models and exclusive updates (higher tier). A commercial license is included while you are subscribed.
Are the models available for commercial use?
Yes. All subscription tiers include a commercial license, so you can sell physical products made from our models. The license is valid only while your subscription is active.
What file formats do you provide?
Models are provided as files optimized for 3D printing: STL, plus 3MF or OBJ where available.
Can I modify the models?
Yes, you can modify the models to suit your needs. Modified files cannot be redistributed or sold as digital files.
Can I resell the STL files?
No. The commercial license covers physical products printed from the models, not the digital files.
Can I assign EAN or other product codes to my printed products?
Yes. You can assign EAN codes or similar identifiers to the physical products you make: each printed item is unique thanks to materials, colours and finishes.
Can I use your photos to promote my printed products?
Members can use the images and text from our listings as placeholders to get started quickly. We encourage you to take your own photos of your prints as soon as possible: original photos make your listing more personal and engaging.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. You keep your benefits until the end of the billing period.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Absolutely. You can move to the higher tier at any time to get all models and exclusive perks.
Do I lose access to models if I cancel?
Yes. Access and the commercial license are tied to an active subscription.
Can I request a specific model?
We don't take requests inside the membership, but we are always open to suggestions and may include them in future releases. For a model made just for you, see custom modeling.
What if I find an issue with a model?
Contact us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Are the models print-ready?
Yes, all models are optimized for 3D printing. Settings may need adjusting for your printer and material.
Are the vases waterproof?
Mostly yes; we recommend them for dried flowers. Printed with good quality (10–15% infill and 0.2 mm or thinner layers) they should hold water.
