About this model
This model is a stylized take on a traditional bonsai, featuring a winding, organic trunk and textured foliage. What makes it stand out is the large crescent moon that curves behind the branches, framing the tree in a really nice way. It sits in a simple rectangular pot filled with a gravel-like texture. The contrast between the dark trunk and the bright red leaves gives it a bold look, almost like a piece of minimalist art. It feels calm and balanced, making it a great little accent piece for a desk or shelf. It's designed to be a clean, modern decorative object that doesn't need any watering.
--- I test all my models with default Bambu Lab slicer settings: 0.2mm layer height, 10% infill, tree supports. No complex tweaks needed. If a model requires special settings, I include a prepared 3MF file (rare).
Printing tips
- 0.12–0.16 mm layers bring out sculpted detail.
- Tree supports peel more cleanly from organic shapes.
- Silk or matte PLA hides layer lines on busts.
