About this model
Meet this phoenix captured inside an arched “window,” made to live between your books like a hidden portal on your shelf. The wings spread wide in layered feather relief, the body rises in a strong vertical line, and the tail flows down into ornate curls like smoke or fire turned into sculpture. It’s dramatic, detailed, and surprisingly elegant — fantasy decor that still feels clean and modern.
Made from matte 3D-printed plastic in a crisp white finish, Aetherflame looks especially beautiful in daylight: the feathers and scrollwork create soft shadows that make the whole scene feel deep and dimensional. It works as a book nook insert, a bookshelf statement piece, or even standalone decor on a desk or console.
--- I test all my models with default Bambu Lab slicer settings: 0.2mm layer height, 10% infill, tree supports. No complex tweaks needed. If a model requires special settings, I include a prepared 3MF file (rare).
Printing tips
- 0.12–0.16 mm layers bring out sculpted detail.
- Tree supports peel more cleanly from organic shapes.
- Silk or matte PLA hides layer lines on busts.
