About this model
This model combines a classic portrait bust with an organic, underwater feel. The face has a calm, neutral expression that contrasts with the complex coral-like structure of the shoulders and chest. It's a mix of a human figure and natural textures, where the torso fades into a hollow, lattice-work pattern. The hair is simple and swept back, keeping the focus on the delicate details of the coral collar and the overall silhouette. It looks great in a single color because the shadows do all the work in those open spaces. It's a nice piece for anyone who likes fantasy art or nature-inspired decor.
--- I test all my models with default Bambu Lab slicer settings: 0.2mm layer height, 10% infill, tree supports. No complex tweaks needed. If a model requires special settings, I include a prepared 3MF file (rare).
Printing tips
- 0.12–0.16 mm layers bring out sculpted detail.
- Tree supports peel more cleanly from organic shapes.
- Silk or matte PLA hides layer lines on busts.
